What is a credit?
1 credit = 1 RAF score calculation. Each time you submit diagnosis codes and receive a RAF score result, that uses 1 credit — regardless of how many ICD codes you enter.
What happens when my free trial expires?
After 7 days, your account reverts to anonymous-level access (10 calculations/day with blurred details after 3). You can upgrade to a Pay As You Go pack or Standard subscription at any time to restore full access.
How does Credit Packs pricing work?
Credit Packs start at $10 for 50 credits. You can increase your purchase in $15 increments — each $15 adds 100 more credits. Credit Packs are stackable — you can buy more anytime. Each purchase has its own 1-year expiry from the date of purchase.
Do unused Standard credits carry over?
Standard gives you 6,000 credits to use at your own pace within your subscription year. Any unused credits expire when your annual subscription ends.
How does the Standard annual subscription work?
You pay $360 upfront for one year. You receive 6,000 credits immediately, which you can use at any pace throughout the year.
Can I upgrade from Pay As You Go to Standard?
Yes. If you subscribe to Standard, your remaining Pay As You Go credits stay active until their 1-year expiry. The system uses your Pay As You Go credits first, then your Standard credits.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely via Stripe Checkout.
Can I cancel my Standard subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Is batch processing or API access included?
Batch processing and REST API access are not included in any of these plans. They are available as separate products — visit our
